At Mediline, we recognise that our employees are our most valuable asset when it comes to delivering high quality services to the people we support. We know how important it is to recruit people with the right attitude and values to ensure our standards are maintained.

We are keen to employ people who have a real commitment and passion to support disabled people, maximise their independence and support elderly people who need extra care to remain in their own homes.  We recruit people from a variety of backgrounds, with different skills and interests and match them to the people they will be supporting.

We provide a full induction training programme for all employees, regular supervision and on-going training to support our employee's continuous professional development.  Once an employee has successfully completed their probationary period they will be encouraged to gain further qualifications in Health and Social Care.

We encourage career progression within the company giving staff developmental opportunities to gain additional skills and qualifications that will enable them to apply for more senior roles within the company when vacancies arise.
